Compassion: story of the Good Samaritan; using our hands to help and show compassion

Math: Making a Pictograph; Reading a Graph; Exploring Pattern Blocks & Teddy Bear Counters; Exploring Linking Cubes

Handwriting: Assessments (proper grip, writing name, etc); ABC learning centers; Numbers; Name collages

Literature: Norman Bridwell

Art: Decorating faces with eyes & yarn to make our "Class Family" book

Centers: Getting to know our new friends; Learning the classroom rules; puzzles
