"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:16

Literature: "The Very Clumsy Click Beetle" and "The Secret Birthday Message"

Art: Spring drawings in journals, dry erase murals

Math: Paying for items using pennies, nickels, or dimes

Centers: Learning our birthdays, emergency telephone numbers and home addresses; Eric Carle puzzles (ladybug, caterpillar, and butterfly)

Creative Movement (Tuesday)

Explorer Zone (Thursday

Spanish (Tuesday & Thursday)

Reinforcement ideas for home:
1) You will notice a laminated 100s chart in your child's folder. Please use pennies, nickels, and dimes to have your child practice counting by ones, fives and tens.
2) Go over your child's birthday, phone number & address.
3) Use the laminated 100s chart to have your child practice counting to 100. Call out a number and have them cover it with a bean or penny.
