Focus for the week ~

Bible: Review with your child...you'd be surprised how quickly they are learning these!

Phonics & Handwriting: High Frequency Word readers; "I love you, mom" cards;

Math: Dominoes Game (up to double six); Shapes & Colors Bingo Game

Centers: Learning our birthdays, emergency telephone numbers and home addresses; Legos; Transportation

Reinforcement ideas for home:
1) Have your child practice writing their full name with UPPER CASE and lowercase letters, i.e. Bob Jones (not BOB JONES)
2) Practice sight words from list above
3) Practice shapes & colors. For example, ask your child to draw a red circle, blue triangle, yellow trapezoid, green diamond, orange rectangle, purple square, etc.
